  • ZIMMERMAN, MARTIN CASE

    First of all let me say that I am not a racist, so please don’t get the idea that I am, that is furthest from mind.

    In seeing all that has been going on since the verdict was handed down late last night, that Trayvon Martin’s family is in disbelief that your son, even though dead did not come out the winner, and Mr. Zimmerman going to jail.

    Those that were the jury, heard the cast, and listened to both sides give their side of the case.
     They saw the evidence, they heard the phone tape, but the one thing that would closed this whole thing up was that the school rap sheet of Trayon Martin where he had cause trouble in school and done things I think got him removed from school a couple of times. Then the police said “He was a good kid, never gotten into trouble.”

    Now, let us back up to the time of the shooting. IF Mr. Zimmerman had been guilty in the mind of the Police the time, he would have gone off to jail until bail could have been posted.

    Since the Police did not think he was guilty they did not take him to jail.

    Now we must remember that Mr. Zimmerman is White and Mexican, so he was two nationalities. Mr. Trayvon Martin was Black. What is boils down too we have a half breed (No disrespect) feeling threatened shoots a black young man, and the whole world seems to think Mr. Zimmerman is the wrong guy, because he was defending himself.

    We forget that by the phone call the help was not that of a teen but a deeper voice of a grown man, Mr. Zimmerman.
     We also forget that Mr. Trayvon Martin had a piece of sidewalk in his bag, his hoodie up and acting like he was up to something.

    I am sure Mr. Zimmerman told Mr. Trayvon Martin to stop, and did he? No he started to run off like he was up to something.
     He was in a gated community, meaning he got in there somehow. Did he have someone living there that let him in, or did he jump a fence and go in?

    This has gone to not whom was the bad guy in this Mr. Martin or Mr. Zimmerman. It has gone to RACE. The shooting of a black person where he was innocent or not is not the point.

    People feel Mr. Zimmerman should be the bad guy because he is White/Mexican and Mr. Martin is Black. So therefore Mr. Martin is the innocent guy because he is black.

    Mr. Martin’s parents are in disbelief, and they can see why their “baby” is the fall guy, and they can’t believe the their “baby” the black kids was the one at fault.

    If this had been black and black that shot each other, this would not have been a high profile case or the same with white and white.

    I will say this and remember I am not a racist, this is what I see.

    Black people expect to be the winners of a case because of color. And if they are not they yell, racial discrimination.

    NEVER, should it be about race in a shooting. So why in the year 2013, are we so hung up about race this and race that.

    Remember Dr. King, was trying to get black and white’s to get along and look where it got him dead.

    I am afraid just because Mr. Trayon Martin’s family did not win the case there will riots from the Black people because they think they didn’t get a fair deal.

    IF the Martin family had won you wouldn’t see riots happen.

    Why do one group of people of color think they have to have everything their way, and they have to win, when it is clear the person of their color was wrong.

    It is time to ditch color and look at crime for what it is and see whom it is that did the wrong.

    Sometimes I think we are no better off in racism then we were when Dr. King was around.

    Why can’t blacks, whites, mexicans, asian’s etc. get along? Bro. Doc

  • Things were going fine Bro. Frank, until Martin did something to make Zimmerman feel threatened or his life was in danger. I think this might have been when the cement was used and in self defense he had to do what he did. Bro., Doc

  • @HUMOR_ME_NOW - Let me say this, Bro. Frank, I think the piece of cement that was in Trayvon’s backpack was used on Zimmeron, so he felt threatened. Because I saw a close up of Zimmerman’s head and it did have marks on it where it was damaged. And I do not think the defendant was racist at all. I think by what I read Bro. Frank, everyone is trying to make a race thing out of this when they should not. Bro. Doc

  • The problem for  me is that this death was totally unnecessary. If Zimmerman had simply did what the police wanted and let them handle it, this would never have happened. Also, he had a  chance to leave and did not. None of these issues are crimes, but this death was not necessary in any way. If anyone was a racist, it was the defendant.  I feel bad for both families as this was a needless death.frank
