@Lewis1122 - Both of your statements Bro. Lewis are very true. If at times we remind someone are they really doing the best they can , then they will think they are not and do better. or they think if they don't they will lose the duty or job. Bro. Doc
Apparently Mr. Williams can do far better, then what he's doing....
Another thought that came to me Bro Doc. As a worker I experienced it, as a forman I used it, head games. Ask an employee the right question and they will convict their self to do more and a better job if there is any guilt at all in them.
Perhaps Bro Doc it has a deeper meaning if we meditate upon what it means to us, but it is a question I am sure many have been asked. At times it is easy to begin to do less than what we can do when our heart is not involved.
