T&M YAHVAHOSHA’S LAST LESSON FOR THE DISCIPLES
And I will pray the Father, and he shall give you another comforter… Jn 14:16.
I’ve often heard Religious people ask, “I wonder what it must have been like to walk with Yahvahosha. Wouldn’t it be wonderful to walk with Him and to hear His voice and talk to Him? But believers who ask these kinds of questions don’t understand the ministry of the Holy ghost. If they did, they’d know that having the Holy Ghost with them is just like having Yahvahosha right at their side!
Because Yahvahosha was about to depart from the world, He knew it was absolutely essential that the disciples learn how to rely entirely on the Spirit of Yahvah and to follow His leadership. Therefore, Yahvahosha used His last moments to teach the disciples how to follow the Holy Ghost’s leadership in the same way they were following Him.
It must have seem strange to the disciples as they listened to Yahvahosha speak about the Holy Ghost. They had been accustomed to Yahvahosha’s physically and visibly leading them, but now they were learning that the Spirit of Yahvah would become their Leader. This would be a Leader they couldn’t see, couldn’t touch, and couldn’t audfibly hear; yet they were suppose to follow Him just as they had followed Yahvahosha. They would probably think, WHAT IS THE HOLY GHOST’S LEADERSHIP GOING TO BE LIKE IN OUR LIVES? DOES HE ACT AND THINK DIFFERENTLY THAN YAHVAHOSHA? WHAT IS IT GOING TO BE LIKE TO FOLLOW THE SPIRIT OF YAHVAH?
Knowing that these were normal questions to ask, Yahvahosha used His final moments with the disciples to dispel all fear and insecurity they might have felt about following the Holy Ghost leadership. This is why Yahvahosha was so careful to use key words when He spoke to them about the coming of the Holy Ghost. In Jn 14:16 for example Yahvahosha said, “And I will pray the Father, and he shall give you another comforter…”
Notice the word “another”, I want to draw your attention to this very important word today. In Greek, there are are two possible words for another. The first is the Gree word allos, and the second is the Greek word heteros. The word allos means one of the very same kind or of a different kind. This word heteros forms the first part of the word heterosexual, which of course describes someone who has sexual relations with a person of the opposite sex, when they are married too them.
The Greek word used in Jn 14:16 is the first word allos. The word allos emphatically means that the Holy Ghost would be like Yahvahosha in every way. This conveys a very strong and important message about the Holy Ghost. Yahvahosha wanted the disciples to know that the Holy Ghost was just like Him. Following the Holy Ghost would not be any different than following Him, except the Spirit’s leadershipo would be invisible rather than physical and visible, as Yahvahosha’s leadership had been.
One translator says the word allos in Jn 14;16 could be translated to mean: I WILL PRAY TO THE FATHER, AND HE WILL SEND YOU SOMEONE WHO IS JUST LIKE ME IN EVERY WAY. HE WILL BE IDENTICAL TO ME IN THE WAY HE SPEAKS, THE WAY HE THINKS, THE WAY HE OPERATES, THE WAY HE SEE THINGS, AND THE WAY HE DOES THINGS. HE WILL BE EXACTLY LIKE ME IN EVERY WAY. IF THE HOLY GHOST IS HERE, IT WILL BE JUST AS IF I AM HERE BECAUSE WE THINK, AND BEHAVE, AND OPERATE THE SAME…”
The word allos tells us the Holy Ghost perfectly represents the life and nature of Yahvahosha Messiah. Yahvahosha did only what the Heavenly Father would do, and now the Holy Ghost will do only what Yahvahosha would do. As Yahvahosha’s Representative on earth, the Holy Ghost never acts on His own or out of character with the life of Yahvahosha Messiah.
Why don’t you start opening your heart to the work of the Spirit today? He wants to represent Yahvahosha too you, your assembly, your family, your business, and your city, just as He did to believers who lived during the time of the book of Acts. Remember, if you have the Holy Ghost working alongside you, it’s like having Yahvahosha right there at your side!
PRAYER: YAHVAH, HELP ME LEARN HOW TO WORK WITH THE HOLY GHOST! I DONIT WANT TO WASTE TIME GRIEVING OVER WHAT I MISSED BY NOT LIVING TWO THOUSAND YEARS AGO, SO I ASK YOU TO TEACH ME HOW TO LET THE SPIRIT LEAD AND GUIDE ME. YOUR WORD TEACHES THAT BECAUSE THE HOLY GHOST IS WITH ME, THE MINISTRY OF YAHVAHOSHA CAN CONTINUE IN MY LIFE TODAY. HOLY GHOST, I ASK YOU TO BRING ME INTO A GREATER KNOWLEDGE OF HOW TO WORK WITH YOU SO THAT THE MINISTRY OF YAHVAHOSHA CAN CONTINUE THROUGH ME! IN YAHVAHOSHA I PRAY HALLELUYAH! Bro. Doc

@HUMOR_ME_NOW - It does not tell us directly to give a prayer to the Holy Ghost of Yahvahosha, Bro. Frank, but it does tell us to pray through Yahvahosha, when we say all in the name of Yahvahosha. So we do go through Yahvahosha to the Father. But the Model prayer in Mt. 6 says to say Our Father which art in Heaven, so this is where we start, and we end it in Yahvahosha’s name. So your right in a way. Bro. Doc
Hi Pastor, I actually read some Christian books about the Holy Spirit from writers representing most of the common views, plus of course, underling in my Bible any time the Holy Ghost is mentioned.
I think the Holy Ghost’s desire is to direct us to Jesus and His teaching/leadership. The Son seems to point to the Father and the Father and the Holy Ghost seem to point to the Son. I ‘feel’ the Holy Spirit is working behind the scenes so to speak basked on scripture that I read. lol –my opinion.
Jesus taught to pray to the Father. Many in my life have prayed to Jesus and some to the Holy Ghost. I really am not aware of any scripture that tell us directly in plain language to pray to Jesus or the Holy Ghost. lol
Oh well, I sure agree that life without the Holy Ghost would be a complete failure.
blessings
