@BroDoc - Great advice, when nothing is said in anger there is no feeling of regret later.
@Lewis1122 - I think we should all do what my Grandmother did when angry, she did not speak until she was done being angry. this way you never had to be sorry for a thing, Bro. Lewis. Bro. Doc
This is a good one Bro Doc, I can remember when arguing with a family memeber before Christ I knew enough not to say what I would regret whern the fight was over.

i am not sure, but anger can be a normal response to something evil, but it is an emotion that should not get out of hand. Not sure what I think. Scripture warns about going to bed angry.
